ALL are welcome to the Installation Service for our pastor, the Reverend D. Lowell Chilton on Sunday, February 26 at 3 PM. The people of First Lutheran Church, Albany, have called the Reverend D. Lowell Chilton as pastor. All are invited to attend a service of Holy Communion with the Rite of Installation on February 26th at 3:00 P.M. at First Lutheran Church (181 Western Ave., Albany) and online as well.
A reception will follow in Wittenberg Hall. Clergy are invited to vest and process; the color of the day is purple.
Our worship spans many spaces – gathering in the sanctuary (nave) at First Lutheran Church and in your space over the internet.If you are gathering remotely, we encourage you to gather on Zoom. Zoom attendance increases our full awareness of the gathered Body of Christ in many locations as we are able to see bodies gathered together into one Body through the Holy Spirit.
